Experienced Systems Engineer in Fighter EW

We are looking for an Experienced Systems Engineer in Fighter EW to drive development of high-tech systems in large scale projects within Fighter Electronic Warfare. The role involves understanding our processes for product development and ensuring that they are followed in our projects.

Requirements

• Drive the system work and coordinate collaboration with the stakeholders.
• Adapt Saab’s processes and lifecycle model, including reviews and decision points, for the specific development needs.
• Manage system requirements, acceptance criteria, and traceability to verification and validation.
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring junior engineers.
• Ensure that reviews of the system-of-interest are performed according to plans and requirements.
• Contributing to the improvement of systems engineering practices and standards.
