As a quality engineer, you will lead and coordinate quality work within production in Malmslätt, drive cause analysis work, and ensure that quality requirements are met. The role involves close collaboration with production and support functions.

Requirements

• University education in a civil engineering program or equivalent experience
• Experience with FMEA methodology and capability analysis
• Good leadership skills and ability to drive work forward
• Analytical ability and good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Ability to think on your feet and be open to changes
• Security clearance according to current regulations
