Senior Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to play a critical role in the design, integration, and sustainment of advanced, software-intensive defence systems. This is a hands-on technical leadership position suited to an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing system architecture, and mentoring others—while remaining close to the engineering detail.

Requirements

• Strong experience in systems engineering within complex, software-intensive environments
• Background in defence, aerospace, or other safety-critical industries highly regarded
• Proven experience across the full engineering lifecycle
• Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
