Technical Software Manager

The Technical Software Manager will provide technical guidance, identify risks and issues, and provide recommendations to Integrated Product Team (IPT) members in support of the development of software/hardware products. The candidate will have a working knowledge of embedded systems software development life cycles and experience with agile development methods.

Requirements

• Provide technical guidance, identify risks and issues, and provide recommendations to Integrated Product Team (IPT) members
• Prepare/Review/Manage technical documentation, proposals, investigations, analyses
• Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, and design, develop, implement, test or evaluate military weapons systems
• Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation
• Apply engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management
• Analyze, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate software, components, or systems related to engineering or functional requirements of military weapons systems, aviation systems, avionics, and associated support systems
