Job Description
Sabot Consulting is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to lead analysis and design for enterprise systems, support testing activities, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Lead analysis and design for enterprise systems.
- Facilitate Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
- Document business requirements, design artifacts, and traceability matrix.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Assist in the development of test scripts.
- Execute test cases and track defects.
- Document and share test results with relevant stakeholders.
- Triage defects with IT and business teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide comprehensive documentation, shadowing, and training to team members.
- Ensure ongoing transfer of knowledge and documentation.
