We are seeking an API Support Analyst to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As an API Support Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering advanced support, resolving complex issues, and providing technical guidance to Sabre's online customers. You will work with developers, customer representatives, and internal teams to troubleshoot complex issues, guide integrations, and ensure a seamless experience with Sabre's technology.
Requirements
- Delivering advanced support, resolving complex issues, and providing technical guidance to Sabre's online customers.
- Working with developers, customer representatives, and internal teams to troubleshoot complex issues, guide integrations, and ensure a seamless experience with Sabre's technology.
- Validating XML files and schemas, and reproducing customer scenarios in order to debug and/or find possible system bugs.
- Investigating and analyzing non-conforming SOAP and REST requests, providing guidance to users on issue analysis and resolution.
- Proficient fluency in written and spoken English is required.
