Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Senior Infrastructure Engineer role providing expert-level support, managing escalations, and leading complex technical solutions for Managed Service customers. Our client is a leading ICT supplier with over 40 years of experience, known for its financial strength and quality of services.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior engineer within an MSP environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-pressure escalations.
• Strong communication skills for effective client and internal team interactions.
• Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD, Group Policy, and Sentinel.
• Hands-on expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
