Job Description
SAEKI is rebuilding the industrial sovereignty of the West by manufacturing critical hardware for defence and space travel at software speed. As a Senior CNC Machine Operator, you'll take technical drawings, develop manufacturing strategies, write CAM programs, and produce the first good part. You'll work on complex components in challenging materials and document the process for automated production cells.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in CNC machining, with a significant portion in programming and introducing new parts
- Advanced knowledge of HyperMill
- Process Engineering Thinking: ability to think in manufacturing strategies
- 5-Axis Mastery: in-depth experience with simultaneous 5-axis machining
- Material expertise: proven experience with materials of aerospace quality
- Tools & Fixtures: deep understanding of tool selection, construction of customer-specific fixtures
- First-article discipline: experience with first-article inspection processes (AS9102 or equivalent)
- Willingness and ability to document process for automated or semi-automated production
