3rd shift CNC Supervisor

CNC Supervisor role leading daily machining operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, responsible for supporting CNC operators, resolving production and quality issues, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience; prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of CNC machines, tooling, and machining processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
