Job Description
The Manufacturing Eningeering Shop Technician will provide hands-on technical support to machinists, train and mentor machine operators, and improve machining changeovers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in machining, fabricating, welding, and metal finishing.
- Experience with multi-axis CNC lathe and mill setup.
- Proficiency with Mastercam (Version 2020 or newer) preferred.
- Working knowledge of G-code programming and AutoCAD preferred.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools for documentation and communication.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
