Job Description
Southern Aluminum Foundry (SAF) is seeking a skilled Melt Deck Technician to join their team. This role involves pouring molds, maintaining metal levels, applying metal treatment techniques, troubleshooting processes, and collaborating with team members. The position is physically demanding and requires attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting 30+ pounds, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- US citizenship or documented residency.
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software.
