Customer Service - Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service Specialist role involves receiving and tracking inside sales and customer service requests, dealing directly with customers to understand product problems and determine responsible departments, and tracking progress to ensure issues are resolved expeditiously.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer support experience in technology companies
• Training in mechanical design is an asset
• Exceptional listening, questioning and analytical skills
• Ability to provide clear, concise instructions and explanations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to rapidly establish rapport with customers
• The ability to create trust and build strong, enduring relationships
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
• Effective at using automated tools to track and report on problems
