Job Description
The Quality Supervisor ensures that all soft body armor products meet stringent quality standards and comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Requirements
- Supervise daily quality control operations
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Develop and maintain quality documentation
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Train and mentor quality inspectors
- Collaborate with production, product line and supply chain teams
- Monitor and report key quality metrics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure proper handling and traceability of ballistic materials and finished armor products
