Job Description
This position will provide referrals and supportive services to adoptive families and caregivers who have become permanent guardians of children through the Safe Children Coalition. The Post-Permanency Specialist will utilize a wrap-around approach to track and monitor the family's progress, aid in the coordination of behavioral health and community services, and act as a family support to help stabilize youth in the least restrictive levels of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the area of psychology, social work, or related human service field
- Minimum of three years' experience working with troubled youth and their families and/or mental health services, including administrative responsibility for compliance
