Job Description
The Home Loan Manager leads and directs Home Loan Consultants by executing strategies and tactics for home lending to SAFE members throughout SAFE’s retail channels. The Home Loan Manager provides guidance and training to ensure Home Loan Consultants are developing and sustaining positive relationships with SAFE branch employees and members, promoting home loan products, and achieving service and sales goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- NMLS License
- Three years or more leading home loan originators, preferably in a FI retail branch environment.
- Two years or more originating residential home loans.
