Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Officer I/II to join our team in the North Market Region. The successful candidate will provide consistently great service, build relationships with members, and offer financial solutions to help them achieve their financial freedom. The role involves working in a team environment, creating positive internal experiences, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve department and organizational goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years of related experience in customer service and/or cash handling
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening skills, and empathy)
- Ability to problem solve and work in a team environment
