Job Description
Relationship Officers I/II are responsible for providing consistently great service to members, fulfilling their transactional requests, and offering personalized financial solutions to help build their financial freedom. They must create positive internal experiences with staff, collaborate with team members, and achieve department and organizational goals. They must also accurately process member transaction requests, respond to member questions and inquiries, and address member concerns and complaints in a positive manner.
