Safeguard Global seeks a Client Success Team Manager to lead a team of Client Success Managers across Europe and APAC regions, shaping client excellence and driving retention, adoption, and long-term growth.
Requirements
- Strong relationship-building capability
- Background in HR, payroll, or global workforce solutions (preferred)
- Fluent English communication skills
- Spanish language skills (advantageous)
- Proven people leadership experience
- Advanced problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability
