Job Description
Safeguard Global is looking for an experienced Director of Product to lead the commercial success, market strategy, and growth of key products within their portfolio. The Director will oversee EOR, Embedded & AI products and will have the flexibility to work remotely.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior/leadership product role with responsibility for commercial outcomes
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to model ROI, evaluate value creation, and make data-led decisions
- Background in market analysis, customer insight, competitive research, and product positioning
- Experience shaping pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence at all levels
- Knowledge of HR tech, payroll, EOR/global employment, managed services, workforce management, or AI-enabled products is valuable
