Rippling is looking for a Senior Director of Product Management, Global Products to lead the development of a single global platform that can power all markets. The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading teams of PMs in high growth environments and delivering winning products.

Requirements

• A track record of leading teams of PMs in high growth environments, owning mission critical software, and delivering winning products
• Prior experience launching new products, or expanding into new markets
• Sufficient technical capability and curiosity to dig into details and appreciate complexity, and a strong enough product sense to be able to design solutions that abstract that complexity from the customer
• The ability and desire to work on intense projects with tight timelines, ambitious goals, and close collaboration with executives
• Strong alignment with Rippling's leadership principles
