Job Description
Tekmetric is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to drive strategy, innovation, and execution. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading product teams. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and storytelling skills, as well as a deep understanding of product discovery, product analytics, and user-centered design.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading product teams
- Proven success scaling product organizations and shipping products customers love
- Strong experience in SaaS/platform products; experience with multi-persona workflows, marketplace dynamics, or operational software is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes in a high-growth environment
