As a Product Manager at Safeguard Global, you will lead a product team focused on solving complex challenges in global workforce enablement, ensuring that innovation aligns with real customer needs, business goals, and regulatory considerations.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, ideally working in HR Tech but not essential.
- Strong communicator at all levels of the organization – from presenting to exec succinctly to preparing a storyboard on vision for the team.
- Analytical – being able to analyze and use data to drive decision-making.
- Discovery – skilled in using a variety of techniques to both understand problem space and experiment with solutions.
- Commercially aware, with an ability to analyse different product decisions and articulate how they impact revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage complexity, comfortable working in undefined problem spaces, figuring out the right problems to solve.
- Strong collaboration skills, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and business teams.
