Requirements
- Verify credentials and grant access to authorized personnel
- Maintain stationary posts and conduct regular interior/exterior patrols
- React swiftly to alarms or disturbances and summon law enforcement as needed
- Document all incidents with clear verbal briefings and comprehensive written reports
- Project a professional, high-visibility presence to discourage criminal activity
- Interact with people on the post and de-escalate potential threats
- Interact courteously with clients, visitors, and staff
