Job Description
We're looking for an Agency Development Manager to join our team. As the face of SafeLease to the brokerage community, you'll be responsible for identifying, appointing, and managing relationships with independent agents and brokerages. You'll be a key part of our team that's changing the commercial insurance industry.
Requirements
- 5+ years in insurance distribution, agency management, or wholesale brokerage
- Active surplus lines producer license is required (or relevant surplus lines experience)
- Strong commercial property insurance contacts and knowledge of the hierarchy of a large brokerage
