SafeLease is a profitable insurance business that designs, underwrites, and distributes specialty coverage for commercial property owners and their tenants. We're seeking a Director of Product Management to guide the evolution of our insurance platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, competitive intelligence, or product consulting
• Proven ability to translate technical features into clear business value
• Strong analytical and technical capability, including proficiency with data tools
• Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate product management workflows
