Job Description
Safelite is hiring an Auto Glass Installation Technician Trainee to be trained and educated to become a proficient auto glass technician. The trainee will receive the Safelite SafeTech certification and possess fundamental skills necessary for performing unsupervised glass repair, replacement, and recalibrations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Proficiency in using computerized diagnostic tools
- Problem-solving and ability to trouble-shoot issues
