Job Description
We're seeking a Manager IT Software Engineering to lead agile technology teams and build digital experiences for Safelite clients and consumers. As a people-first leader, you'll lead teams responsible for application development and grow associates in all aspects of the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience building and operating applications using Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience building and operating applications using modern technologies like microservices and cloud-based platforms
- Experience with management and supervisory practices
- Experience managing individual contributors
- Experience managing projects and programs
- Experience managing project and product budgets (preferred)
