Job Description
We are looking for a Servicetechniker for mobile phone repairs in Magdeburg. The job involves managing a repair site, handling repair cases and insurance claims, creating quotes, communicating with customers, and selling devices and accessories.
Requirements
- Completed education as a communication electronics technician in telecommunications or a comparable education in electronics or IT
- Experience in repairing mobile phones from major brands
- Good technical understanding and PC skills (MS Word, MS Office, MS Outlook)
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Good communication skills, team orientation, and ability to work independently
