Job Description
Our Client are a family run business providing care and comfort to all residents. They’re seeking to recruit a nursing home manager, to help with the running of a 38 bed nursing home.
Requirements
- Senior RGN with strong leadership skills
- Previous experience managing a care home
- I.T literate
- Experience in assessment, monitoring, and evaluation of resident’s needs
- Compliance with CQC and all regulatory areas
- Experience of the inspection process
