Job Description
Safety Insurance is offering a full-time Trial Attorney position at our Raynham, MA location. As a Trial Attorney, you will independently investigate and manage cases of moderate exposure and complexity in civil litigation. Our staff counsel team is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3-10 years of experience.
Requirements
- Insurance defense trial experience preferred
- Admitted to the Massachusetts bar
- Able to work in a team environment with other attorneys, adjusters, claims professionals and support staff
- Computer literacy, including MS Word/Westlaw, and daily management of e-mail and calendar
