Requirements
- Manage the Personal Lines Underwriting process
- Develop and implement processes, systems, services, and budgets
- Work with senior management to define priorities, objectives, and Underwriting Strategy
- Interact with other departments to accomplish department and corporate objectives
- Monitor policy production, risk selection, and evaluation
- Develop and implement profitable growth plans with existing and new agents
- Evaluate product needs and implement changes
- Prepare annual department goals and objectives
- Select, develop, and appraise department managers and employees
