Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to support a dynamic private equity platform company with financial insights, operational visibility, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with Excel
• Demonstrated ability to communicate insights clearly to senior leaders and influence decision-making
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and key business metrics
• High sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and ability to operate with limited structure
