Requirements
- College degree in a safety-related field preferred
- 3+ years’ utility safety management-related experience required
- Be able to work outdoors in all reasonable conditions
- Proficient in effective email correspondence, electronic document development, and safety-related communications
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
- CUSP, ASP, or CSP certification preferred with utility experience
- Ability to lead meetings and initiatives to drive results
