Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Safety National is hiring a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to ensure secure, cloud-native systems in their Azure cloud environments and applications. The role involves collaborating with Platform Engineering and application development teams to implement best practices in CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code, and secure software delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering
• Expertise in building and securing CI/CD pipelines
• Strong proficiency with Terraform for secure, repeatable IaC deployments
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, especially monitoring and security tools
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or AKS
• Deep understanding of secure software delivery
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
