Join SafetyCulture, a global tech company, as a Revenue Systems Specialist and lead the strategy and execution of AI across GTM systems and workflows. Translate business needs into scalable solutions and partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Engineering teams to identify high-impact opportunities for automation and smarter ways of working.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems roles
- Strong understanding of pipeline management, outreach workflows, and sales processes
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools, agents, or workflow automations
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical/system solutions
- Product-style thinking applied to internal systems and workflows
- Ability to speak fluently with both Sales leaders and Engineers
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping a function as it evolves
- Bias toward experimentation and rapid iteration
- Strong structured problem-solving mindset
