Customer Success Team

Safeware, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Team Member to support outside sales team, answering calls, communicating with customers, and providing product information. The role involves sourcing products, keeping records of customer interactions, and identifying customer product needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED certificate
• At least 3 years of prior customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to work independently, but also with a team
• Strong attention to detail and how details fit into the big picture
