Data Engineer (H/F)

We are Safran.AI, a subsidiary of Safran Electronics & Defense that offers artificial intelligence solutions. We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our AI Platform team, which develops a data platform and a set of internal MLOps tools. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in computing, including at least 2 in data engineering, and excellent understanding of databases, storage systems, and processing.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in computing, including at least 2 in data engineering
• Excellent understanding of databases (relational or non), storage systems, and processing (notably batch processing)
• Applied experience with at least one of the main cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• Knowledge of the UNIX ecosystem, containerization with Docker
• Experience with the challenges of exploiting restricted / isolated environments is a plus
