2-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, BCom / MBA (Finance) degree, strong attention to detail and accuracy

4+ years of experience in enterprise account management, sales or biz dev, with a proven record working with VP/C-suite stakeholders

Strong research background, experience in academic journal publishing, and knowledge of research integrity, peer review processes, and associated challenges

Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and understanding of peer review processes required

The ideal candidate will have excellent eye for detail, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external stakeholders based globally

The People Business Partner should have significant experience and shown success working at a Human Resources or People Business Partner or equivalent, with deep subject matter expertise and knowledge of effective strategic and modern people practices

Bachelor's degree, 2–4 years of experience in peer review or academic publishing, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Postgraduate degree, 2-3 years of experience in academic journal publishing, and strong understanding of end-to-end journal management

5+ years of product design experience, mastery of design tools, excellent communication skills
