Job Description
The Financial Analyst will manage and analyze rental property investments, with a focus on reporting and analysis. The role involves collaboration with upper management, finance, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in asset management, real estate finance, or a related analytical role (internship experience considered)
- Familiarity with Yardi or other property management/accounting software is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
