As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving SageNet's growth by generating high-quality leads, cultivating strong client relationships, and securing new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a concentration in business administration, engineering or technology
- Experience selling managed services, network, connectivity, or technology solutions required; MSP or telecommunications experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in a hunter-style sales role with a consistent track record of exceeding new business quotas
- 1-3+ years sales experience exceeding quotas
- Stable employment history
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Experience selling firewall, SD-WAN, or network services solutions preferred, particularly with OEM partners such as Cradlepoint, Digi, Fortinet, Meraki, or Cisco
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to explain basic technical topics in simple terms, and think quickly and react to client questions
- Self-motivated personality, with the ability to handle multiple tasks with limited direction
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
- Positive mindset, fearless to ask questions and push against the status quo
- Ability to drive projects to completion on time
- Strong desire to work in a collaborative team-driven environment
- Ability to travel independently via air and ground transportation, including overnight travel as needed
- Ability to stand and present for extended periods during client meetings, conferences, and onsite engagements
- Ability to lift and carry light materials such as a laptop, marketing materials, or presentation equipment up to 25 pounds
