Senior Project Manager, PMO

SageNet is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives and contribute to the design and evolution of PMO practices. The role operates in a hybrid work environment and requires strong project management fundamentals, Agile and SDLC delivery models, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of project management experience in technology-driven environments
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, technology, or a related field
• Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated experience delivering solutions on SAP, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNow platforms
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and SDLC delivery models
• Expert-level project management fundamentals, including planning, execution, risk management, and governance
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and create structure
• Strong business analysis and requirements management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience with PMO tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hybrid environment while managing multiple concurrent priorities
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the confidence to ask thoughtful questions and constructively challenge the status quo
• Strong desire to work in a highly collaborative, team-driven environment with shared accountability for outcomes
• Demonstrated ownership mentality with a focus on results, transparency, and continuous improvement
