Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in claims management, account management, or insurance operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience generating and interpreting claims performance metrics
• Highly organized and detail oriented
