Job Description
We are looking for a full-time HVAC Mechanic to join our SageWater team and help service our clients in the Washington DMV area. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, self-directed, safety-focused, reliable, precise, patient, and possesses a willingness to facilitate the completion of each project.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a HVAC mechanic in a similar role
- HVAC Journeyman license a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge of building maintenance standards, techniques, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, punch lists, and specifications
- Valid state driverâs license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate non-DOT regulated company vehicles (pick-up trucks, vans, etc.)
