Job Description
We are looking for a highly capable and engaging Safety Manager to join our SageWater management team in Hawaii. As a Safety Manager in Hawaii, you will lead, train, and develop our safety culture across all operations for over 150 employees over multiple job sites statewide.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction safety experience in Hawaii, including multi-site, and across multiple trades
- Current professional certifications such as CHST, CSP, or OSHA 500
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA and Hawaii-specific safety regulations
- Proven ability to develop and deliver safety training programs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
