Senior (Cost) Estimator

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our SageWater Estimating team. The role requires significant related estimating experience, demonstrated project leadership expertise, and robust technical skills. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate construction estimates and proposals for complex repipe & remodel projects for large high-rise and multi-family communities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in plumbing, mechanical, or a related discipline
• Experience in significant roles with estimating projects ranging from $1- $100 Million
• Advanced knowledge of related industry best practices and Code/Standard requirements
• Demonstrated technical writing proficiency in producing detailed proposals and related communications internally, with clients, and other stakeholders
• Demonstrated project management experience with challenging timelines and multiple projects
• Proficiency with construction estimating and design software such as RSMeans or Quotesoft
