Tile Setter

SageWater is seeking a full-time Tile Setter to join their team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, precise, patient, production-oriented, and possesses a willingness to 'do whatever it takes' to facilitate the completion of each unit.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of finish carpentry techniques and materials
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, punch lists, and specifications
• Proficient with hand and power tools relevant to tile setting
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as scheduled
• Strong work ethic and willingness to support various field tasks with a positive 'no job is too big or too small' attitude
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken, with good communication skills
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 50-75 lbs, be capable of working at heights in high-rise environments, and able to climb stairs and ladders
