Requirements

• Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
• Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies
• Support clients through life transitions using a compassionate and age-appropriate approach
• Participate in regular team meetings to ensure best practices
