Resident Director

Saint Anselm College is seeking a Resident Director for a 10-month live-in position. The Resident Director will be responsible for the overall operation of a residence hall/area, supervising undergraduate resident assistants and staff, and serving as a behavior model for students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior experience in a residence life position
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work days, with nightly on-call duty as scheduled in all types of weather conditions.
