The Revenue Cycle Patient Access Representative I supports Saint Francis Health System by completing registrations with patients prior to scheduled procedures/admissions and direct admitting via workstation or bedside WOW (Workstations on Wheels).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience or 1 year related experience in health insurance field, preferred.
• Experience in hospital precertification and benefit/eligibility verification, preferred.
