Saint John’s Program for Real Change is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate and optimize operational systems, maintain accurate records, and track performance indicators. The Operations Manager will work closely with all departments to support efficient resource use and maintain a culture of wellness, safety, and functionality across administrative and program buildings.
Requirements
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing systems, solving problems, and leading complex projects from concept to completion
- Experience coordinating operations, facilities, or administrative systems in a mission-driven or service-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High technical fluency and curiosity, with the ability to identify, design, and implement technology or software-based solutions
- Comfort with data tracking, reporting, and process documentation
- Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced organization
